Opt-out
This page explains how to opt out of non-essential communications and how to manage optional cookies and preferences.
1) Email opt-out
If you receive non-essential emails from LynxOne (e.g., updates or informational messages), you can request removal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Opt-out request”.
- Include the email address you want removed.
- If you use multiple addresses, list each one explicitly.
- We may keep a minimal suppression record to ensure we respect your request.
2) Service communications
If you are an active client, some communications may be necessary to provide the service (e.g., coordinating deliverables or clarifying your brief). You can request reduced communication frequency, but essential operational messages may still be required.
3) Cookies and preferences
We do not load Google Fonts, Google Maps, or Google Analytics. If optional performance cookies are used, they are intended to improve site performance and usability insights in a privacy-minded way. Where a cookie preference mechanism is available, you can adjust settings there.
- Essential cookies may be required for basic functionality and security.
- Performance cookies (where enabled) help us understand aggregate usage patterns.
You can also manage cookies via your browser settings (block/delete cookies, clear site data, or limit storage). Note that disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
4) Marketing preferences
LynxOne avoids unsolicited bulk outreach. If you have explicitly asked to receive updates and later change your mind, you can opt out at any time using the email opt-out process described above.
5) Identity verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask for reasonable verification before acting on an opt-out request (for example, confirming control of an email address).
